Betty Leong

Betty Leong brings over 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare marketing and strategic growth across Asia-Pacific and global markets. She has held senior roles at Cepheid, where she led regional marketing for diagnostics during the COVID-19 era, driving rapid revenue growth and brand recognition. Prior to that, Betty held key leadership positions at Ascensia Diabetes Care, Bayer, and Pfizer, spearheading market expansion, product portfolio management, and successful M&A initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with First Class Honours from the National University of Singapore and completed the Executive Leadership Programme at IMD Business School.

Dr. Num Tanthuwanit

Dr. Num Tanthuwanit is a seasoned healthcare executive and advisor with over two decades of leadership experience across Asia. He was most recently a Partner at EY-Parthenon, leading healthcare strategy and transactions in Southeast Asia. Prior to that, he served as Group CEO of OMNI Hospital in Indonesia and CEO of Bumrungrad International Hospital in Thailand, one of Asia’s leading private hospitals. A trained rehabilitation physician, Dr. Num holds a medical degree from the University of Melbourne and a Master’s in Management from Stanford University.

Jonathan H. Chou

Jonathan H. Chou is a seasoned finance executive and board advisor with over 30 years of leadership experience across international banking, Fortune 500 multinationals, and U.S.-listed companies headquartered in Asia. He has held senior roles including Group CFO at UTAC Holdings (private equity owned) and CFO at Kulicke & Soffa Industries (Nasdaq: KLIC), where he led global strategic finance initiatives. Mr. Chou began his career at Citibank in New York and currently serves as Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at MicroPort Scientific and MicroPort CardioFlow Medtech, both listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He is also Chair of the Board at the Emerging Markets Investors Alliance, a U.S.-based non-profit that mobilizes institutional investors to advocate for good governance and sustainable development in emerging markets. He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University at Buffalo and completed executive programs at Harvard Business School. He has served on Duke Fuqua’s East Asia Advisory Board since 2013.

Nitin Chhatwani

Nitin Chhatwani is a seasoned senior executive in compliance, risk, and governance, with over 23 years of global and APAC experience and deep expertise in healthcare. At GE Healthcare, he led compliance efforts in anti-bribery, third-party management, and transparency, supporting a global multi-billion dollar franchise with tech-enabled, risk-based governance solutions. As Head of Government Affairs & Policy, he chaired the US-ASEAN Business Council for Healthcare, promoting public-private collaboration across Southeast Asia. Currently, Nitin is a Strategic Business Partner with a global consulting firm and mentors SMEs on risk, compliance, IPO readiness, and governance. A Chartered M&A Expert, he brings strong integration, due diligence, and post-deal execution experience from GE’s Corporate Leadership Program. He began his career at Ernst & Young and co-founded a London-based consultancy that secured over $1.5 million in SME funding. Nitin holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Leeds and degrees in Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, and Mercantile Law.

Mor Jack Ng

Group CEO

Mor Jack Ng is the Group Chief Executive Officer of AddVita. He brings over 15 years of leadership experience in public and private healthcare operations, having most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Thomson Medical, Singapore, where he oversaw operations, business planning, and strategic projects. Prior to that, he was the General Manager at Singapore Women’s & Children’s Medical Group, where he spearheaded the Group’s business expansion and acquisitions across Singapore. Mor Jack is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, with a proven track record in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic investments and partnerships that drive sustainable growth. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, where he led efforts to enhance clinical operations and patient service delivery. He holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Genetics from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and was the inaugural recipient of the SingHealth & Duke-NUS Academic Administrator Fellowship in 2016.

David Ong

Group Finance Director

David the Group Finance Director of AddVita, brings over a decade of experience in financial leadership, spanning corporate finance, FP&A, and advisory across multinational and private enterprises. Prior to joining AddVita, David was Executive Director at Esteem Management Services, supporting private clients in accounting, tax, and corporate services, and previously held senior finance roles at GE Power. A Chartered Accountant, he holds First Class Honours degrees in Accounting and Banking & Finance from Nanyang Technological University.

Samuel Chia

Director, Head of Investments and M&A

Samuel Chia is the Director, Head of Investments and M&A at AddVita. He has a strong personal interest in investing in high quality businesses and believes in continuous learning, integrity, and working with a long term mentality. In his professional background, he brings over seven years of experience in financial markets, having most recently served as Vice President in Global Markets Structuring at Deutsche Bank, where he led complex derivatives and investment solutions across Asia. Prior to that, Samuel held summer roles at Western Asset Management and ING, supporting FX, rates, and commodities structuring teams. Samuel holds a degree in Finance from the National University of Singapore, graduating with First Class Honours.

Janice Ong

With nearly two decades of leadership experience, Janice has built a strong track record in business development, strategy, and regional management. She previously held a senior leadership role at Thomson Medical, where she led business development and doctor engagement initiatives, strengthened partnerships, and enhanced service offerings. Her broader career spans executive roles focused on delivering commercial wins across diverse Asian markets, overseeing teams and driving strategic initiatives. She holds an Executive MBA from Nanyang Technological University and is recognised for her adaptability, collaborative leadership style, and ability to translate vision into execution for long-term organisational success.

Celina Cham

Group Finance Manager

Celina is the Group Finance Manager ofAddVita, where she is responsible for group level finance operations and reporting. Prior to joining AddVita, she spent over five years at EY Singapore, where she progressed to Audit Manager and led audit engagementsacross a range of diverseindustries. She is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne. She brings a unique blend of business acumen, strong technical grounding in financial reporting, and data-driven analytics.
